Anna Hales Bay- I grew up in Riverton where dance was a big part of my life! I danced at a local Riverton dance studio where I found my love for dance and learned some great jazz, tap, and lyrical technique. In high school I was part of the Riverton High Dance Company, serving as President my senior year. It was during high school I was introduced to Modern dance and found it to be the dance language of my soul!! I also found a love for swing dance and musical theater and participated in the high school's musicals, as well as many shows with Bluffdale Arts Council. I got my first taste for choreography during a Bluffdale play and I have loved it ever since. After high school I went to Southern Utah University where I graduated Magna Sum Laude with a degree in Dance Education. While at SUU I was a member of the Orchesis Dance Company and traveled with the modern Dance Ensemble to American College Dance Festivals. During my time student teaching I met my cute husband and found we had a common love of dance! After we were married and I became a mom I was given a chance to live one of my dreams and teach at West Jordan High School and direct the Dance Company. I love teaching and creating great pieces of dance. I taught for 2 years before deciding to be a stay at home mom- which was another dream of mine. Now we're out to start on our next dream of having a family dance studio!
Jon Bay- Jon grew up in Sandy and got into dance by a girl needing a partner in a social dance class, then was a member of the Alta Ballroom Team. After moving to Kentucky, serving a mission in Brazil, and ending up back up at BYU Jon got into Folk Dance and was on several teams, including the BYU International Folk Dance Ensemble where he got to travel the world and dance like crazy. He was lucky to meet Anna and they continue to dance together.
Torbin- I love to have dance parties and show my moves. I like tumbling too.
Zach- He loves to dance and is famous for saying "Check out my moves!"
Nora- Watch out, she's a mini dancing queen!
Rosie- Our Studio Baby!!!
