Studio Rules

  • At Studio B we are here not only to teach dance technique, but to create art and empower dancers through positive and wholesome experiences. No competitions, age appropriate movement and music, and empowering classes for all ages. In order toaccomplish this, all dancers will be respectful to themselves, other dancers, and instructors.

  • Dress Code: Dancers should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. If a class requires dance shoes- we will talk about it in class. Tights are required under leotards. No jeans or street shoes to class. (Shoes can be worn for Hip Hop and Zumba- but please just make sure they are clean). For safety reasons, students are not allowed to wear jewelry or chew gum. Long hair must be tied back. At Dance Studio B we aim for modesty. Although tight fitting clothing is ideal to see alignment, please make sure all cracks are covered. :)

  • Payment for the workshop is due by the first class and can be paid by cash, check, card or PayPal.  Late fee of $10 will be added after the first week of the workshop.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent to be aware of studio activities, recital dates, closures, and rehearsals. All notices to go home are sent via email/text and are posted on the studio bulletin board/calendar and Facebook page.

  • PARKING: Riverton City set very specific conditions on our studio, especially with parking. We ask that everyone be the BEST neighbor possible and respect other homes and yards.

    • DO NOT park in front of ANY other house in the neighborhood!!!!

    • If you are DROPPING OFF your student, you may park in front of the retention pond/park to the east of the studio, or in front of 2482 Midas Side Way. Please be mindful of blocking any driveways.

    • IF STAYING FOR CLASS- you MUST PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY!!!! Space is limited, so if you are staying (especially for the adult class) please carpool if possible and pull up as far as you can so we can fit as many cars as possible! If the driveway is full, park in front of the house, or the grassy area (retention pond/park).

Thank YOu!
